Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?
We accept most standard 3D CAD formats including STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), X_T, and native SolidWorks files. For 2D drawings, PDF or DWG formats are preferred to indicate tolerances and critical dimensions.
What is your typical lead time for T1 sampling?
Depending on mold complexity and size, our typical T1 lead time ranges from 3 to 6 weeks. Precision mold components and spare parts can often be delivered in 7-14 days.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We take intellectual property very seriously. We are happy to sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you send any drawings or CAD files.
Can you support both mold making and spare parts?
Absolutely. Because we have complete in-house toolroom machining capabilities, we can build the entire mold and also supply highly accurate replacement cores, cavities, and inserts throughout the mold's lifecycle.
What inspection reports do you provide?
We provide raw material certs, heat treatment reports, and full dimensional CMM inspection reports for critical dimensions. For molded parts, we can also provide FAI (First Article Inspection) reports.
